Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA), is a non-profit organization serving merit shop electrical and low voltage contractors, their employees, and the industry suppliers that support them. In Utah, WECA offers a Commercial Electrical Registered Apprenticeship that is both federally-approved and recognized by the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Professional Licensing.
