In 2012, Katie co-founded and launch Assure, a revolutionary one-stop-shop solution for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) fund administration that morphed into a fintech platform. Katie drew upon her diverse background to optimize product, technology, human resources, and finance functions and played an integral role in orchestrating the business transformation that doubled the company’s revenue.
Katie has led Assure to its third ranking in Utah Business Fast 50 (#38) and second in Inc 5000 Fastest Growing (#3136), as well as winning the esteemed 2022 Innovation Award in Fintech. She has also earned accolades such as the 2022 CXO of the Year (Utah Business), and a finalist for the 2022 Women Tech Council.
