Elaina Morris is the co-founder, president, and CEO of Ascend Hospitality Group (AHG), a premier, female-led restaurant group based in the Northwest. Under her visionary leadership, AHG has grown into a vibrant portfolio of fine-dining and casual concepts, employing over 350 people across WA, OR, and UT, with plans to expand into new metropolitan and high-growth regions. Elaina leads with a deep commitment to community and a philosophy rooted in investing in both people and place. She champions service excellence, professional growth, and exceptional guest experiences. Her entrepreneurial journey includes launching the innovative WiggleWorks Kids. A dedicated civic leader, Elaina serves on the boards of the Washington Hospitality Association Education Foundation, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and Rainier Athletes, and is an active member of YPO Seattle. She was named a 2021 PSBJ Woman of Influence and a 2023 425 Magazine Woman to Watch.
