Job DescriptionResponsible for a variety of marketing duties as part of a regional team. These may include working on proposals, presentations and other revenue-generating materials; promotional materials for the department and the company; PR/media relations and advertising; social media; and writing and editing. Must be able to prioritize workload, manage own projects and communicate well with internal clients.
Creates a wide variety of template, company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software.
Responsible for understanding, conceptualizing and executing client-based projects.
Manage entire projects from inception through completion, overseeing content and collateral development and maintaining a strong command of each project’s status, while completing each in a timely manner or notifying appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Work with Marketing Director, Communications & Media Manager and/or Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Point of contact for internal clients to access marketing resources across the CBRE platform.
Assist with writing and distributing press releases and coordinating media relations requests.
Provide training on social media strategy and execution.
Write compelling content for a variety of mediums, including business development, team marketing and internal and external communications.
Review materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding.
Provide excellent customer service, including responding promptly to client requests, meeting commitments, and managing demanding customer situations.
Demonstrate professionalism by approaching others in a tactful manner, reacting well under pressure, accepting responsibility for one’s own actions, following through on commitments, and treating others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position.
Assists local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed on an ad hoc basis.
Maintains and updates marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials.
Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff.
