Job Description
The Commissioner of Technical Education is appointed and serves at the discretion of the USTC Board of Trustees, conditioned on approval from the Utah State Governor and the consent of the State Senate.

  • Current resume.
  • A written description of the candidate’s ability to perform each of the functions of the Commissioner as described in USTC Policy 105, using specific examples.
  • A separate list of names and phone numbers of six references.
  • Limit total application materials to 12 pages or fewer.
  • Masters Degree required.
