Tyler Bahr serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Salt Lake City Public Library. In this role, he oversees a $43 million annual budget as well as capital planning, procurement, risk management, and payroll processing functions. He collaborates with leaders and staff across the organization to maximize the value returned on the community’s investment in the Library. He is passionate about the potential for life altering impact in social and educational endeavors. Susan Campbell is the Community Investment & Development Manager for the Salt Lake City Arts Council. She oversees the City Arts Grants Program, which distributes over $500,000 annually to artists and nonprofits in Salt Lake. She also leads the Arts Council’s grant writing efforts, securing funding from state, regional, and national agencies, as well as local and national foundations—including Bloomberg Philanthropies' 2023 Public Art Challenge Grant.
Prior to joining the Arts Council, she served as co-founder and Executive Director of NEXT Ensemble, a chamber ensemble in Ogden, and was the Education Development Manager at Onstage Ogden.

Maddy Oritt is the senior public finance economist at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. Her research focuses on the Utah and U.S. economies and on public finance issues such as state and local taxes and budget management over the business cycle.
Prior to joining the Institute, Dr. Oritt was the senior economist for the Utah State Legislature, where she focused on revenue forecasting and volatility, budget stress testing, tax policy analysis, and public education and Medicaid forecasting. She also served as the chief operating officer for Seven Canyons Advisors, a global small-cap equity firm.

For the 11 years that she worked as an executive assistant to the SVPs of Safety, Underwriting, IT, and the Chief Risk Officer, she saw the company make substantial change as it transitioned from a monoline, quasi-public corporation to a true multiline mutual insurance company. Jamie went through corresponding growth and change herself—she completed an MBA while working full time, learning the insurance business, and being a mom to two fantastic boys at home. Madilyn Plowman is the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Mayor and Associate Deputy Mayor of Regional Operations for Salt Lake County, where she provides strategic administrative and advisory support while managing several special projects. Before joining the County, Madilyn fundraised for a think-tank in Washington, D.C. and served as a liaison to the United Nations for a non-governmental organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Luke serves as the strategist behind Ski Utah’s digital efforts, helping guide technology, design, analytics, and the performance of platforms like skiutah.com, email campaigns, and the snow report app. He works closely with the marketing and content teams on advertising campaigns and oversees the team members responsible for driving revenue through memberships, partnerships, and pass products like the Gold Pass, Passport, and Yeti Pass. Luke also manages the Ski Utah Interconnect Tour, balancing business operations, guest services, while also occasionally guiding. Known for his creative thinking and dedication to support the team, he's always looking for ways to improve how things work. Outside of work, Luke loves his camping trips with his wife and kids, taking full advantage of his wife’s teacher schedule and any excuse to get out for a night under the stars or up in the mountains.

As an account manager for Penna Powers, Amee Rock serves as the primary contact between clients and agency teams, managing multiple project timelines, budgets, and resources. She develops and executes strategy, messaging, and plans to deliver measurable results for clients’ initiatives and overall goals. She specializes in projects for public-sector organizations including the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, the Utah Department of Transportation, and Wasatch Front Regional Council. She takes pride in partnering with local communities and government organizations to truly improve Utahns’ quality of life. Amee previously mentored university students as an adjunct professor at BYU and also enjoys watching college football, hiking in Utah’s national parks, and playing card games with her husband and children.

Abbie Sauter serves as the Engagement Director for PacifiCorp, which does business in Utah as Rocky Mountain Power. In this role, she oversees the company's employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, and corporate foundation strategy. Abbie graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and American History and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She has dedicated her career to helping others reach their full potential including time spent in the nonprofit sector, consulting and as a Peace Corps volunteer. Will Schwarzenbach is management professional with over 27 years of experience in the energy industry. In his current role as the Director of Construction, Design and Capital Project Management for Enbridge Gas, Will oversees the group responsible the execution of all engineering projects for Enbridge Gas Utah, Wyoming and Idaho. Prior to his current role, Will held various other roles at the company, including Manager of Gas Supply and multiple positions in the Engineering group. He also worked previously as an engineer for Washington Gas, in Washington, DC.

Scott Shiner is the Government Specialist for Fishers Technology throughout Utah. He has worked in the office equipment industry for over 30 years with the last 10 specifically in the public sector. He graduated from Weber State University with a BA in Spanish and Communications. Scott enjoys being outdoors, traveling and fixing things around the house. Stafford started her career in the public sector, after graduating from Yale University with a BA in political science. Prior to moving to Utah, she served in the administration of Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, including in his cabinet as the Commissioner of Administration.
