Tyler Bahr serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Salt Lake City Public Library. In this role, he oversees a $43 million annual budget as well as capital planning, procurement, risk management, and payroll processing functions. He collaborates with leaders and staff across the organization to maximize the value returned on the community’s investment in the Library. He is passionate about the potential for life altering impact in social and educational endeavors. He graduated from Brigham Young University with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and French, and from the University of Utah with a master’s degree in Public Administration. He is also a certified Black Belt in Disruptive Lean Six Sigma. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys boating and spending time with his wife Missy - who outshines him, their five kids, and two dogs - Magneto and Teddy.

Ashley Blake serves as the Helpdesk Manager for The Larry H. Miller Company, where she leads a team supporting a range of organizations within the LHM portfolio. Her team's technical expertise ensures smooth operations for sports & entertainment, financial services, and recently, Swig Drinks.  
Ashley is pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology Management, furthering her leadership & technical capabilities.
Beyond her professional role, Ashley channels her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit into a small business crafting 3D-printed mouse ears—inspired by her family's love of Disney parks and a shared passion for travel and exploration.
A self-proclaimed homesteader, Ashley makes the most of her property with a garden, greenhouse, chickens, and a household of pets, including cats and a dog. 
She embraces a hands-on lifestyle and is always eager to learn, build, and grow.

Rachel Boyett serves as the Economic Development Manager for Salt Lake County. In this role,  she manages and oversees a variety of programs including Economic Development research efforts, economic development efforts in local communities, and grants. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy and worked as a paralegal and consultant previously. In her free time, Rachel is busy walking her dog Lando, reading a good book, or experimenting in the kitchen with her husband.

Levi is a Senior Manager in the International Tax service line at Forvis Mazars with more than eight years of experience. He provides an array of transfer pricing consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, including complex transfer pricing planning, structuring, and compliance. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, with a B.A. degree, and a graduate of Texas A&M University, College Station, with an M.S. degree in international affairs with an emphasis in transfer pricing. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Levi enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with his family.

Susan Campbell is the Community Investment & Development Manager for the Salt Lake City Arts Council. She oversees the City Arts Grants Program, which distributes over $500,000 annually to artists and nonprofits in Salt Lake. She also leads the Arts Council’s grant writing efforts, securing funding from state, regional, and national agencies, as well as local and national foundations—including Bloomberg Philanthropies' 2023 Public Art Challenge Grant.
Prior to joining the Arts Council, she served as co-founder and Executive Director of NEXT Ensemble, a chamber ensemble in Ogden, and was the Education Development Manager at Onstage Ogden.
Susan holds a Master’s degree in Arts Administration, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Flute Performance. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, playing the flute, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their three cats.

Curtis Carter serves as the Director of Asset Management for Baron Equities a private real estate investment company based out of El Segundo, CA. In this role he oversees 17 multifamily assets and several commercial properties in Utah, Idaho, Texas, North Carolina, and California. Curtis collaborates with the onsite management teams and the CEO of Baron Equites to develop a strategic business plan for each property to ensure the long-term value of each asset is preserved while creating a great place to live for residents. He has spent the last 15 years in property management and asset management. Curtis is a Husband and Father of 2 girls ages 10 and 8. He is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with family.

Tim Cooley the Director of Entrepreneurship for the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Startup State Initiative. He is also the author of the #1 best-selling book on raising capital, The Pitch Deck Book: How To Present Your Business And Secure Investors. He is the former Executive Director for Park City Angels and consulted for Fortune 50 companies as well as 100s of early-stage companies in marketing, sales, product development, fundraising, and operations.

Carin Crowe is a dynamic leader passionate about affordable housing and community impact. As CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater Salt Lake Area, she strengthens organizational capacity and leads change. Previously, she spent nine years as VP of People Development for a global transportation company while holding leadership roles in multiple nonprofits. Carin holds an MSW from the University of Houston, where she studied under Brené Brown, and a BA in Psychology from Quincy University. A Certified International Human Rights Consultant, she has served on the Food Justice Coalition Board, Unsheltered Utah Advisory Board, and the Utah Women’s State Legislative Council. She has also been a Make-A-Wish granter, a 15-year Girl Scout Leader, and President of the CCW for St. John the Baptist Church. Dedicated to social causes, she actively volunteers with organizations serving the homeless.

Brent Crowther, P.E., is a Senior Vice President at Kimley-Horn with 24 years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and infrastructure design. After nearly two decades in Arizona, he returned to his home state of Utah in 2020 to help shape the future of the communities that shaped him. 

Brent leads high-profile mobility efforts across the Wasatch Front for clients including Salt Lake City, UDOT, and UTA—translating complex challenges into solutions that support economic vitality, sustainability, and quality of life. He chairs North Salt Lake’s Trails and Active Transportation Committee and regularly volunteers with the Utah Food Bank and VOA Youth Resource Center. Known for his thoughtful leadership and collaborative approach, Brent is eager to connect with fellow changemakers to help guide Utah’s future through Leadership Utah.

Nate Curtis serves the CUO and Vice President for Small Business Underwriting at WCF Insurance.  He leads a large and diverse unit headquartered in Sandy Utah but with teams spread throughout the mountain west and California. Nate trusts his team to live up to the values of the WCF Way, that People Matter and Doing the Right Thing, Being Good at Your Job, and Helping Others Succeed are worth the effort.  Nate graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Nutritional Science and a degree from Utah Valley University in Behavioral Science. Outside of his corporate duties Nate enjoys exploring the mountains of Utah year-round either on 2 wheels or 2 skis; enjoying time with family; exploring new food or drink and finding ways to serve in his community.

Colton Cypers is a dynamic advertising strategist at KSL.com, where he specializes in building high-impact marketing campaigns that connect brands with targeted audiences through innovative digital and audio placements. With a proven track record of success across industries—particularly in healthcare, education, and lifestyle—Colton combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to deliver results. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sales with a minor in Spanish from Weber State University. Outside of work, Colton is a dedicated family man, married for seven years with two children. He loves spending time in the outdoors and is passionate about bow hunting, exploring Utah’s backcountry whenever he gets the chance.

Addison Dover is an experienced museum development strategist working and living in Salt Lake City, UT. Currently serving as the Philanthropy Manager at the Children's Museum, Addison is responsible for managing the museum's resources. This includes leading the volunteer board, managing the corporate volunteer program, managing organizational donation requests and community relationships, as well as managing the museum's donor/partnership pipeline. She graduated with a B.S. in Strategic Organizational Communication in 2021 and graduated summa cum laude with an M.S. in Nonprofit Administration and Development in 2024. Addison is passionate about her work and loves the impact she sees her work make in the community. Outside of work she enjoys walking, reading, drawing, painting, cuddling with her cat Muppet, traveling with her husband, and her gecko, Gayle.

Samuel Enloef serves as the General Manager, Experience for Delta Air Lines (DL) at Salt Lake City Intenational Airport (SLC). In his role, he oversees approximately 600 customer service agents and collaborates with several different partners to ensure for a safe & seamless operation. Prior to starting in SLC (Nov 2024), Samuel managed the Las Vegas Region as General Manager for DL.
Samuel is born and raised in Sweden and graduated the University of North Dakota with a bachelor's in aviation science and master's in aviation management.
 Samuel is also a certified commercial pilot and flight instructor. 
Throughout his career, Samuel has held several leadership roles of increased responsibility, working in several different countries and cultures. 
During his spare time, Samuel enjoys skiing and spending time in the outdoors with his wife Camilla, son William, and daughter Lily.

Josh’s passion for collegiate esports sparked his journey into education, where he discovered the power of engaging students through innovative and inclusive approaches. While competing collegiately at the University of Utah and starting his career at the Success in Education Foundation, he earned his degree in Business Administration at the University of Utah. His drive to make a meaningful impact led him to channel students' passion to create quality learning opportunities and foster a sense of belonging for all students - both in the classroom and beyond. Through his work at the foundation, he has been able to provide over $260k in grants to over 100 high schools and middle schools for esports. With his recent promotion to Vice President, he is discovering a new realm of possibilities to aid students in their search for growth and opportunity for themselves and their families.

Growing up in Park City inspired Becca's love of community and the outdoors. A political science graduate of the University of Utah, Becca served on the Park City Council for eight years prior to joining the Park City Chamber as the Senior Director of Government and Community affairs, advocating for business and workforce issues such as childcare and affordable housing. As a parent raising two young children, she continues working to balance Park City's economy and environment, serving on the boards of Mountainlands Community Housing Trust and the Early Childhood Alliance Steering Committee, while also finding time to hit the slopes, bike a trail and escape to the dessert for camping and hiking.

Pourya Golzar serves as a Project Manager for Steel Encounters. In this role, he manages multiple building glazing and metal panel projects with 30+ vendors and subcontractors. Pourya graduated from The New School of Architecture and Design with Bachelor of Construction Management. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter to learn about new cultures and of course eat amazing food.

Emily Griesing is a skilled brand strategist, entrepreneur, and marketing and business development expert who advises organizations and professionals on positioning and promoting themselves in a crowded and competitive market. As the Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of Bossible, Emily crafts custom strategies that make her clients stand out and grow their reputations and reach. Emily is a proud Philly native turned mountain enthusiast. A media professional leading a sales team to assist their clients in defining a specific marketing objectives and building a custom, cool and effective media campaign built upon an idea highlighting their valuable point of difference targeting a specific audience not simply defined by age and gender.
More than 30 years of cable, broadcast television, radio and print media experience with 26 years proven advertising and media sales experience and four years in creative services.
When not working Daryl spends time hiking with his wife and camping.

Paul Howell began his career with Wells Fargo as a summer intern in 2010
following his graduation from Brigham Young University with a degree in
Accounting. He joined the company full-time through its Financial Analyst
Program and went on to complete Wells Fargo’s Credit Management Training Program in December 2013.
Paul spent three years in Los Angeles as a Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager before joining Chase Bank to return to his home state of Utah. In this role he represents the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Outside of work, Paul serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity and holds various leadership roles in his church, including as a Young Men’s Leader. He is fluent in Thai and enjoys running, playing soccer, basketball, and ultimate Frisbee. Paul lives in Bluffdale with his wife, three daughters, and one son.

Jacqui Jimenez serves as the Communications Specialist for Staker Parson Materials & Construction, in addition to supporting executive leadership team members across the western half of the U.S. She directs marketing and advertising initiatives, drives community involvement by building positive relationships and coordinating company participation. She is vastly involved in event planning, coordinating staff and ensuring branding is accurate. She leads a communication team that manages social media efforts, public relations, and internal communications among the organization. She graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications, and a Masters Degree in Public Relations, Non Profit Management and Interpersonal Relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family cooking and traveling the world.

Ryan Jones is EVP & Chief Lending Officer at Altabank, where he leads the bank’s Commercial Banking business line. His portfolio includes oversight of Commercial & Industrial Banking, Homebuilder Finance and Commercial Real Estate. As a member of Altabank’s Leadership Council, Ryan provides strategic input across the organization, helping shape its long-term direction and community impact.
A lifelong banker, Ryan brings over two decades of experience to his role. Prior to joining Altabank in 2005, he worked for Washington Mutual in client-facing and leadership roles.
Since 2011, Ryan has served on the board of the Utah Microloan Fund and is currently serving as Chair.
Ryan holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Economics from the University of Utah.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife & five children, playing guitar, disc golf, mountain biking and college football.

Vaish Katarey is the AVP of Compliance at Select Health, Inc. She is accountable for compliance activities related to all lines of business across all states in which Select Health has a presence. While Vaish has been on the Select Health team for less than 8 months, she has been with Intermountain Health for almost five years. She graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 2016 at which point she started her career in the healthcare industry.
Vaish is originally from San Diego, CA and now lives in Salt Lake City with her husband, Andrew, and their golden retriever, Kaiya. Vaish, Andrew, and Kaiya are all foodies and love exploring the food scene in SLC.

Amanda Kizerian Evans has been with Deseret Management Corporation since 2011.  Amanda is the Director of Community Outreach and Corporate Events. She has been the Director of the Sterling Scholar Program for ten years.  In this role, she works with educators all over the state to run a smooth and successful program year after year.  Her team oversees the five regions who participate in the Sterling Scholar Program statewide.  Amanda collaborates with sponsors, media groups, school districts and students all year long to uphold the quality and integrity of the SS program.  She graduated Brigham Young University in 2010.  After, Amanda married her husband, David, in 2015 and has 4 beautiful children! In her spare time, Amanda enjoys being out in the sunshine, going on a family bike ride or getting after a household project! Her favorite hobby is organizing pretty much anything!

Spencer Layton is a Business Development Analyst at the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah), where he supports companies seeking to expand or relocate within the state. He works closely with companies, utility providers, local governments, state agencies, and private partners to deliver insights and resources that help clients make informed decisions about doing business in Utah. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ensign College, where he was also recognized with a leadership award. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and being outdoors.

Jennie Lloyd is a co-owner of Lloyd Architects, a community-oriented design firm with projects across Utah.  As Managing Partner, Jennie has driven a ten-fold growth in firm revenue over the past 25 years. From its modest beginnings,  Jennie has fulfilled many roles and responsibilities and has collaborated extensively to shape and guide the firm in key areas including long-term strategic planning, operational oversight, business development, marketing, and human resource management. The business has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects Utah as the 2022 Firm of the Year, and by Women In Architecture Utah Chapter as the 2018 Small Firm of the Year.  Jennie currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Utah Global Diplomacy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mutual respect and understanding between the people of Utah and other nations.

Brad Mackay is a Senior Project Manager at Ivory Homes, where he manages land acquisition, entitlements, land planning, engineering and landscape coordination, and construction for major developments. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and spent seven years as a consulting engineer on residential and commercial projects throughout Utah. Brad is a licensed professional engineer and real estate agent. He also gives back as a volunteer coach for youth baseball, basketball, and soccer teams. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time in the mountains, on the lake, or traveling with his wife and their four amazing children.

Alejandra is a dedicated professional originally from Mexico, bringing over a decade of experience in the financial industry. She currently serves as Branch Manager at America First Credit Union. In addition to her professional role, she graduated in early 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Utah. Beyond her career, Alejandra is deeply committed to giving back to the community, seasonally volunteering at the Tax Help Utah program. She also actively supports the Hispanic Community by participating in fairs and events, where she educates individuals about finances and promotes financial literacy. Her involvement with the Hispanic Chamber further reflects her passion for fostering opportunities, connections and empowerment within the community. In her personal life, Alejandra cherishes time with her family and finds inspiration from traveling.

Nate Martinez is the Government and Regulatory Affairs Manager for Comcast, Mountain West Region. In his role, Nate partners with his external affairs team, elected officials, local leaders, and countless stakeholders to advance connectivity across Comcast's footprint in Utah and Idaho. His work drives outcomes that support over 1 million home and business connections in the region. Nate earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Arizona State University in 2020. He then went on to earn a Certificate in Economic Development from Utah Valley University, and completed the Utah Rural Leadership Academy program which was an experiential leadership development cohort through Southern Utah University and the Utah Governor's Office. In his free time, Nate enjoys anything outdoors, traveling, playing a round of golf, four-wheeling, and hitting the trail for a hike with his dog Monty.

Amanda Brown-Mather, PMP, is a Supervisor of Commencement & Alumni Events at Western Governors University, leading a team that produces events drawing over 100,000 attendees annually. She holds master's and bachelor’s degrees in Ancient Near Eastern Studies, with emphases in Assyriology and Hebrew, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and  Brigham Young University. Her academic and professional experience fuels her appreciation for international perspectives, research, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Amanda serves on the board of The Romney Theater, debuting Winter 2025. She also leads private tours to Israel, Palestine, and Jordan, and performs with the Mountain West Highland Dance Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering new restaurants, and researching Utah women's history.

Bryan McCurdy is a uniquely qualified professional with industry experience in Business, Hospitality, Entertainment, Banking & Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. He is often referred to as the “All Things People” guy and has a passion for genuinely serving others and relationship building. He is known for his engaging presentation style, boisterous laugh, enthusiasm, and charisma. He is direct in his communication, has a caring heart, and a cut-to-the-chase personality. He has held several key roles with responsibilities including the management of corporate assets, employee relations, training, marketing, public relations, business development, corporate risk, and creating content collateral. He has been with Hughes General Contractors for over nine years and is currently the Vice President of Marketing, Business Development, Risk, and Human Resources for the organization.

Angela Moore is a Business Analyst in the Cash Services department of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Salt Lake City Branch. She is a member of the management team that oversees the production of the cash processing areas of the bank and assists the teams as management is required. Other responsibilities include administering annual training, reporting, and other assignments and projects as needed in the department. Angela is currently working on obtaining her Business Management degree at the Salt Lake Community College and developing additional skills in business and leadership, including managing people. Angela's free time consists of finding her creative side as an artist, which includes drawing, painting, and graphics design. She also enjoys gardening, and spending time outdoors with family in recreational activities.

Tiffani Works with Corporations in Utah to help raise money for disasters, Armed Forces, VA,  Home Fire, Blood Services. The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.? This site contains information for each of our core lines of service plus humanitarian services, fundraising and volunteer support. Tiffani was driven by this and by having a family member whos house burnt to the ground and the Red Cross was first one to help. When Tiffani is not volunteering and fundraising you will find her on the golf course. I have been a avid golfer and play in tournaments around the state. I have three children and 2 grand children. I love spending time with them. I love to stay busy and involved. I am driven to help others.

McKenna Newsom serves as the Digital Media Coordinator for the Salt Lake Chamber. In this role she assists in running the social media for the Salt Lake Chamber, Business Women's Forum and Utah Community Builders. She also assists with email communication, website management, radio spots for the Salt Lake Chamber, events and more. McKenna graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Minor in Music, preparing her for her career in digital media and marketing. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is passionate about music, sports and spending time with family.

Colton Norman is the Principal Advisor for Land Management at Rio Tinto Kennecott, where he develops strategies and implements innovative solutions to enhance the value and sustainability of the company’s land resources. With expertise in real estate, environmental science, and regulatory affairs, he has helped shape land policies, secure key approvals, and transform brownfield sites into valuable commercial and community assets. Colton holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Utah Valley University, a foundation that launched his career in environmental remediation. Passionate about sustainable development and collaborative leadership, he is dedicated to shaping Utah’s evolving landscape. Outside of work, Colton enjoys traveling and exploring Utah’s great outdoors through hiking, mountain biking, and camping.

Jesse Olson has worked at Les Olson Company since 2012, during that time he has risen through the ranks to his current position as HR & Benefits Manager. In his current role he helps write and implement policies/procedures along with fellow corporate management. His focus on educating employees and management in all realms of the business is his greatest passion. Jesse has a strong work ethic and is committed to getting things done right the first time. He tributes his achievements to the great mentors that he has had along the way. When he is not working, Jesse enjoys spending time in the mountains around the Wasatch front surrounded by his loving wife, 3 kids, and their silver lab Indy.

Mario R. Organista is an accomplished development professional with a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah, complemented by minors in International Studies and Campaign Management, and he is currently an MPA candidate at the University of Utah. As Director of Development at Salt Lake Community College, he leads foundation relations and innovative fundraising initiatives. Mario built his expertise through transformative internships with Senator Harry Reid, U.S. Senator Bob Bennett, Conservative Party MP Craig Williams in the UK, and the Department of Political Consulting in Mexico City. He empowered first-generation students as a PACE Program Advisor and Tutor/Outreach Mentor. His international experience includes representing SLCC in Latin America, participating in UN events, and engaging in global forums in Egypt.

Maddy Oritt is the senior public finance economist at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. Her research focuses on the Utah and U.S. economies and on public finance issues such as state and local taxes and budget management over the business cycle.

Prior to joining the Institute, Dr. Oritt was the senior economist for the Utah State Legislature, where she focused on revenue forecasting and volatility, budget stress testing, tax policy analysis, and public education and Medicaid forecasting. She also served as the chief operating officer for Seven Canyons Advisors, a global small-cap equity firm. 

Dr. Oritt holds a Ph.D. in public policy from the University of Utah, where she studied the state fiscal effects of Medicaid. She also holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.

Tyson Perkes serves as the President of Beehive Insurance Agency.  Tyson is a seasoned insurance professional with nearly 15 years of experience in the property and casualty industry.   In his current role, Tyson is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of the agency ensuring the company's financial success and growth.  Tyson is passionate about creating a culture where employees feel valued and are able to give their best effort at work.  

Tyson graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance with minors in Accounting and Personal Financial Planning.  Outside of work, Tyson enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching all kinds of sports.

Jamie Peterson completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography at BYU in 2006. Her degree included work for the photographer Joyce Tenneson in her New York City studio. After graduation Jamie began working for WCF Insurance, formally known as the Workers Compensation Fund. For the 11 years that she worked as an executive assistant to the SVPs of Safety, Underwriting, IT, and the Chief Risk Officer, she saw the company make substantial change as it transitioned from a monoline, quasi-public corporation to a true multiline mutual insurance company. Jamie went through corresponding growth and change herself—she completed an MBA while working full time, learning the insurance business, and being a mom to two fantastic boys at home. Today, she works as the Director of the Business Analysis group for the IT Department at WCF Insurance.

Madilyn Plowman is the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Mayor and Associate Deputy Mayor of Regional Operations for Salt Lake County, where she provides strategic administrative and advisory support while managing several special projects. Before joining the County, Madilyn fundraised for a think-tank in Washington, D.C. and served as a liaison to the United Nations for a non-governmental organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Utah State University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Indiana University, with a focus on diplomacy and international crisis response.

Outside of her professional life, Madilyn enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new places, and finding the best bakery in town.

Katie Ann Powell is A Senior Manager of Public Relations and Community Engagement at Mountain America Credit Union. Katie Ann Oversees relations to the media, crisis preparation and management, and community enhancement. She did her undergraduate in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations along with a minor in Portuguese and non-matriculated harp performance. After a notable beginning of her career in Public Relations and Financial Literacy, Katie Ann went back to school to receive her MBA. She has been business minded since she began her first business with her sister at the age of eight. Katie Ann is the host and founder of the podcast Full Confidence Ahead, in the top 10% globally according to Listen Score. Outside of work, Katie Ann is a professional harpist and has been a guest artist in Europe and principal harpist in multiple orchestras in the Salt Lake valley.

Luke serves as the strategist behind Ski Utah’s digital efforts, helping guide technology, design, analytics, and the performance of platforms like skiutah.com, email campaigns, and the snow report app. He works closely with the marketing and content teams on advertising campaigns and oversees the team members responsible for driving revenue through memberships, partnerships, and pass products like the Gold Pass, Passport, and Yeti Pass. Luke also manages the Ski Utah Interconnect Tour, balancing business operations, guest services, while also occasionally guiding. Known for his creative thinking and dedication to support the team, he's always looking for ways to improve how things work. Outside of work, Luke loves his camping trips with his wife and kids, taking full advantage of his wife’s teacher schedule and any excuse to get out for a night under the stars or up in the mountains.

As an account manager for Penna Powers, Amee Rock serves as the primary contact between clients and agency teams, managing multiple project timelines, budgets, and resources. She develops and executes strategy, messaging, and plans to deliver measurable results for clients’ initiatives and overall goals. She specializes in projects for public-sector organizations including the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, the Utah Department of Transportation, and Wasatch Front Regional Council. She takes pride in partnering with local communities and government organizations to truly improve Utahns’ quality of life. Amee previously mentored university students as an adjunct professor at BYU and also enjoys watching college football, hiking in Utah’s national parks, and playing card games with her husband and children.

Abbie Sauter serves as the Engagement Director for PacifiCorp, which does business in Utah as Rocky Mountain Power. In this role, she oversees the company's employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, and corporate foundation strategy. Abbie graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and American History and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She has dedicated her career to helping others reach their full potential including time spent in the nonprofit sector, consulting and as a Peace Corps volunteer. In her spare time, Abbie enjoys giving back including through board service with People Helping People and the PacifiCorp Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund as well as skiing, traveling and adventuring outside.

Will Schwarzenbach is management professional with over 27 years of experience in the energy industry.   In his current role as the Director of Construction, Design and Capital Project Management for Enbridge Gas, Will oversees the group responsible the execution of all engineering projects for Enbridge Gas Utah, Wyoming and Idaho. Prior to his current role, Will held various other roles at the company, including Manager of Gas Supply and multiple positions in the Engineering group. He also worked previously as an engineer for Washington Gas, in Washington, DC.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Utah.

In his free time, Will enjoys skiing, mountain biking and spending time with his family that includes his wife and two boy (13 and 7).

Paul Shakespear is a commercial litigation partner at the law firm Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. For 18 years, Paul has represented international, national, and Utah based clients dealing with business litigation and disputes. Having successfully tried cases to jurors and arbitrators, clients rely on Paul’s sound judgment and excellent legal analysis for their most significant legal issues. Paul enjoys collaboratively working with his clients to achieve the best possible resolution—either at trial or a negotiated settlement—in what are less than ideal circumstances. 
In addition to representing his clients, Paul enjoys contributing to his community and its development by serving on governing boards and various leadership positions in his congregation and community.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling, skiing, biking, and hiking with his wife and four kids and their golden doodle.

Scott Shiner is the Government Specialist for Fishers Technology throughout Utah. He has worked in the office equipment industry for over 30 years with the last 10 specifically in the public sector. Scott is known for his customer service skills, vast industry knowledge and consultative approach, spending much of his time educating customers on how to purchase through the State Contract. He graduated from Weber State University with a BA in Spanish and Communications. Scott enjoys being outdoors, traveling and fixing things around the house. Until recently, he was also a driving instructor in Boise, ID.

Jason Shurtleff works as a corporate banking relationship manager for Zions Bank in Salt Lake City. In his role Jason works with businesses and business leaders across a number of industries and geographies, focusing on meeting their lending needs (working capital lines, acquisition financing, equipment & real estate financing) and quarterbacking with other areas of the bank to meet other needs (cash management, wealth management, etc.).  Jason has worked in the commercial banking and corporate banking areas of Zions Bank for 17 years.  He is a lifelong Utahn and graduate from Utah State University. Outside of work and family obligations Jason enjoys spending time backcountry skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, attending soccer games and just about anything else outdoor related.

Stafford is a certified consultant for Exit Factor, a consultancy that helps prepare business owners to transfer or sell their business(es). She is also the CEO of Fidens Strategy, a value acceleration consultancy, which provides strategic planning, scaling and M&A integration services. Stafford started her career in the public sector, after graduating from Yale University with a BA in political science. Prior to moving to Utah, she served in the administration of Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, including in his cabinet as the Commissioner of Administration. She went into the private sector after receiving her MBA at Wharton and then served as Director of Business Development Operations for AECOM. She is currently the Utah chair of Teneo, a national young leadership networking organization, and she sits on the board of the Yale Club of Utah. She and her husband and son live in Morgan.

Lexie is a business development manager for Mortenson in their Salt Lake City office. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with business unit market leaders in developing and supporting positioning strategies with existing and potential customers to win project work and develop our business as it aligns with our vision and our community. Lexie worked as s project engineer on various hospital jobs throughout the Denver metro area before getting the call to work on a data center in Eagle Mountain, UT. The decision to make Salt Lake home was easy, and the last four years have been full of camping, biking and skiing around the state.

Brooke South serves as EA to the CEO at Huntsman Mental Health Foundation, where she sits on the leadership team as a strategic partner driving key initiatives with the highest confidentiality. Recently promoted to Project Manager, Brooke successfully executed two major events within her first two months, demonstrating her ability to adapt quickly & deliver results under pressure. Her professional trajectory aims toward a Chief of Staff role within the next year, reflecting her commitment to organizational and strategic effectiveness.
Beyond her professional life, Brooke is an avid reader, moviegoer, & outdoor enthusiast advocating for Utah's natural treasures. These interests inform her leadership approach. Brooke seeks to join Leadership Utah to deepen her understanding of issues shaping the state while preparing for increased responsibility in her org & the broader community.

Ryan currently serves as the Senior Director of the Real Estate Banking Group for Zions Bank. In this role he oversees commercial real estate lending activity throughout the state of Utah. His banking career spans 20+ years, all with Zions Bank in various roles and capacities. Ryan graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and later received an MBA from Brigham Young University. He also completed the Pacific Coast Banking School program at University of Washington. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Ryan regularly participates with various commercial real estate trade organizations, panel discussions and ad-hoc teaching opportunities at the various universities across the state. He enjoys travel, golf and spending time with his wife and three children.

JP Tarbutton serves as Associate Legal Counsel for The Larry H. Miller Company. In this role, JP supports many teams and matters across the Company's platforms, including investments, sports + entertainment, people and culture, and corporate governance. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Laws, with distinction, from the University of Hong Kong.  Prior to the Larry H. Miller Company, JP advised start-up companies and venture capital investors in Silicon Valley and Utah.  He has also taught mergers and acquisitions as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney School of Law.  JP enjoys singing, pickleball, board games, and travelling with his wife Melanie and their eight children.

Carissa Uresk is a litigation associate at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless. As a litigation association, she works on various legal disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. Before joining Parr Brown, she worked as a prosecutor in the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office and completed judicial clerkships on the Utah Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her law degree from BYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Westminster University. Outside of work, Carissa enjoys reading, running, and hiking.

Danny serves as manager of project and program management at my529, where he has led strategic initiatives since 2014. His accomplishments include implementing a business intelligence platform and deploying tools that streamline work, projects, and tasks that align with my529’s Strategic Plan. Previously, he managed programs at L-3 Harris, delivering real-time communication systems for the U.S. Department of Defense. Danny also worked in banking and investments with Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, holding Series 7 and 66 licenses. He earned an MBA and a BS in Economics from the University of Utah, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and serves as an adjunct project management instructor at the U. He previously served on the University of Utah Young Alumni Association board of directors. Danny enjoys sports, travel, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Paula Whitlock- an experienced executive administrative assistant at Snowbird Resort, where she has dedicated 14 years to creating exceptional experiences for guests.  With a background that includes six years as the Director of The Cliff Spa and various managerial roles, Paula thrives in the dynamic environment of a world-class ski resort. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Business Management Administration, set to graduate in February of 2026, and is eager to dedicate more time to community service.
When she's not at work, you'll find Paula embracing the great outdoors- camping, hiking, paddleboarding, biking, and soaking in live music under the open sky.

Dawn Wright serves as the Director of Community & Public for Select Health, where she leads her team to drive awareness, growth, retention and philanthropic service throughout the Mountain West. Her 27 years of experience spans corporate social responsibility for national brands, public health education, international non-profits and healthcare. She graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and the University of Southern California with a Master of Arts in Strategic Public Relations. She is proud to serve her community through membership on the Family Advisory Board at The Children’s Center Utah, volunteering at Mount Olympus Presbyterian Church, and participating on Fourth Street Clinic’s Corporate Council. She’s an avid reader, podcast listener, and traveler with her husband and three kids.

Bre Yamauchi serves as Program Manager for Utah Community Builders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and program of the Salt Lake Chamber Foundation. She leads innovative, purpose-driven initiatives that expand workforce opportunity and prosperity across Utah. Before joining the Chamber full-time, Bre ran her own operations consultancy—serving clients including the Chamber—and launched EDCUtah’s acclaimed State-to-State Economic Exchange Program, fostering vital economic partnerships. She holds a BA in Business Administration, Marketing, and Japanese from Utah State University, and is fluent in Japanese—contributing her skills to translation projects for national audiences. True to her entrepreneurial roots, Bre also owns a photography business, capturing life’s most meaningful moments. Outside of work, you’ll catch Bre playing sports, gardening, camping, or planning her next adventure.
