Monnica Manuel (Facilitator), RSG Performance
Monnica has two decades of international corporate leadership and coaching experience, operating with multiple titles, including SVP Operations, Head of Sales and SVP of Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Utah, and is a trained mindfulness coach through UCSD's School of Medicine and Center for Mindfulness. With her deep knowledge of business operations, and a passion to drive results, Monnica brings a coaching perspective that very few can offer.
David Blake, Grand America Hotel & Resorts
David was born in Los Angeles where he spent his days riding bicycles, surfing and going to Dodgers games (Go Dodgers!). He has lived in Utah for over 17 years and his passion outside of work is riding his Harley Davidson Fat Boy and enjoying weekend getaways with his wife and three children. David graduated from the U of U with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. He also received his MBA from Northwest University and has over 18 years' experience working in human resources in a variety of industries. David's HR focuses are compensation and benefits, HRIS systems, and employee development but most of all, connecting with people is what he loves about being an HR professional. Currently, David is the HR director for Grand America Hotels & Resorts.
Jill Christensen, WCF Insurance
Jill is the VP of human resources at WCF Insurance. She joined WCF in 2002, as a claims adjuster, and has been working in human resources for the last eleven years. Jill has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Utah and an MPA from Brigham Young University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Jill has been leading a team of HR professionals who handle recruiting, benefits, HRIS, the employee compensation system, and performance management.
