This course builds on and expands beyond content covered in the Basics of Supply Chain Management class. Key takeaways include effective strategies in managing operations and implementing a responsive supply chain plan. This is a consolidation of four courses in the old APICs Preparation Course system that saves participants $1,000 or more in training costs.
