Course Overview
Today’s leaders are navigating the largest demographic shift ever seen in the workplace. With four generations represented in significant numbers, the workplace is changing rapidly and leaders need to learn generational intelligence that allows them to bridge generational gaps. Managing multiple generations in your workforce produces a competitive advantage for innovative organizations.
Participants will learn to:
• Embrace generational differences
• Navigate generational conflict
• Build a team’s capacity for innovation and creative problem solving
• Explore deeper, underlying issues and individual needs (work ethic, work/life balance, career choices)
• Foster cross-generational communication
