The Salt Lake Chamber is now accepting presentation proposals for the Women & Business Conference and ATHENA Awards Luncheon to be hosted in Fall 2025. This event is filled with inspirational speakers and recognizes the accomplishments of those helping to make a difference in our community. Please see below for RFP information.
Purpose: To inspire and connect businesswomen with valuable tools and resources that will enhance their personal and professional growth and to foster relationships between business professionals in the community.
Theme: Our upcoming conference will focus on women’s empowerment and elevating women in the Salt Lake City business community, entrepreneurs and working women. The official theme is coming soon.
Breakout Proposals should include:
Title of Breakout Presentation
Description of Breakout Presentation
Proposed Speaker or Panelists and Moderator with Bios
Relevance to elevating businesswomen
Takeaway Action Items for Attendees
Contact Information (Name, Title, Organization, Phone Number, Email)

Selection Process: Presentations will be reviewed. Priority consideration given to Salt Lake Chamber Members.
